Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PitchPets! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing & Production Time

Because our premium pet houses are custom 3D-printed and carefully quality-checked for your pets, they are made to order.

  • All orders are processed and produced within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during peak football tournament seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide from our facility in Lithuania (Europe). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after the order is produced and shipped:

  • Lithuania & Baltic States: 2–4 business days

  • European Union (EU): 4–8 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to follow your pet house's journey directly to your door.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PitchPets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For customers inside the European Union, no customs duties apply.

5. Damages

PitchPets is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@benefitivo.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos of both the box and the damaged product so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement as fast as possible.
